CSRD is an amending directive — the real obligations sit in the Accounting Directive articles it inserts (19a, 29a, 29d). Companies miss the dedicated statement, double materiality, the transition plan, value-chain coverage, ESRS conformity and digital tagging. This walks each obligation a preparer is actually audited against.
